Hello everyone. I am Tevfik Sözen, welcome to my video where I answer the questions you send. There are very nice questions. Some are directly to the point. Some are a bit broad in scope. And some are truly in the form of idea flights. We eliminated the idea flights. We will shoot a separate video for those. We are listening to you as well, but those will be slightly more cheerful videos. Most likely, we are starting with the ones that are to the point. Let’s begin. Can I wear glasses after surgery? This is one of the questions we receive quite frequently. Unless there is an abnormal situation and your glasses are not very heavy, I allow patients to wear glasses. I only give the following information: in the early period, when your swelling is significant, if you wear glasses, there may be marks where the nose pads of the glasses touch. When you take off your glasses, sleep, and wake up, these marks will disappear. I allow you to wear glasses when necessary. I want you to know that if you wear them for very long hours without taking them off, there may be a mark there, but when you wake up, that mark will also disappear, and I give personalized answers in this way. So if you are asking whether you can wear glasses after surgery, I recommend that you discuss this with your physician.
